Vintage Buffet Bottom Logo C Clarinet Mouthpiece

$79.00

One of the earlier Buffet hard rubber mouthpieces, the “bottom logo” features the classic 1-up with the logo below the bottom 3 lines. These mouthpieces are famed for being made by the original Chedeville company but I can’t say that I see any evidence for that. What I can say is that these mouthpieces feature good vintage rubber and, when finished correctly, I would put on par with most of the mass produced mouthpieces of today.

This particular mouthpiece has been restored and now features a classic American medium facing (34) with a 1.04 tip opening. The sound is darker than most Buffet pieces I’ve done and I think it will fit well into any high school or community band setting.
