Shipping Policy

All domestic items ship within 2 days from the date of order via USPS Flat Rate. Shipping costs are calculated on the most current rates. A small handling fee may be added to cover the costs of materials and processing fees.

* Includes shipments to U.S. addresses only. Express shipping costs will be extra. International shipping charges will vary. If you qualify for free shipping but then return item(s) for a refund, your refund amount may be reduced by the amount of the original shipping cost.

International Shipments

International shipping charges will vary. Your parcel may also be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The recipient of the international shipment is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country of destination.

Returns and Refunds

  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging—no scratches, no ligature or teeth marks. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt. 

  • All order cancellations and domestic refund totals will be assessed a 5% fee to cover merchant processing fees. Returns from outside the U.S. will be assessed a 15% restocking fee to cover merchant processing fees as well as any U.S. re-entry customs and/or brokerage fees.

  • All returned mouthpieces will be assessed an additional $10 each for cleaning/restocking.

  • Returned merchandise will only be accepted if postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. 

  • Any merchandise returned late or damaged will be considered sold and will be returned at your expense.

    *Any returned check due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $40 returned item fee.

BENCH FEES

  • Refacing / Customization: A standard bench fee of $100 will be charged (per mouthpiece) for the first 90 minutes of work. An additional $50 per hour will be charged for work done for each additional hour needed to complete the job as per your needs.

  • Reconstructions / Repairs: A standard bench fee of $150 will be charged (per mouthpiece) for the first 90 minutes of work. An additional $50 per hour will be charged for work done for each additional hour needed to complete the job as per your needs. Other cost additions may include replacement tips from comparable mouthpieces or special rubber dusts.
